Customized yoga sessions for organizations, small groups, retreats, workshops, and individuals

Yoga to Support Organizational Wellness

Is your organization or business looking for ways to support employee well-being? There are many ways to make high quality yoga available to your workforce.

  • Book a class or workshop for a company retreat.
  • Offer employees private classes.
  • Reach out and we can work together to figure out how to make yoga available to individuals or groups who are interested.

Private & Small Group Yoga

Yoga can be an excellent preventative and expansive healthcare practice for individuals already in good health and it can also be a great complement to conventional medical care.

  • Private yoga sessions can be customized to meet individual needs.
  • Private classes reduce some of the barriers to attending public yoga classes, such as self-consciousness, schedule, and degree of class difficulty.

Reach out for an individualized price quote. Market value for basic private yoga classes is around $80.00 per hour and the hourly rate will be in this range for the June 2024-2025 inaugural year of offering private classes. Ask about package deals. If cost is an issue, please let me know and we can discuss payment options.

Have you thought of this?

  • Grab friends or loved ones and sign up for a private class or class series together.
  • Prepare for your wedding or other significant life event with a yoga class or yoga series.
  • Give the gift of a private yoga class or yoga class series for a birthday, anniversary, or holiday present.
  • Ask your healthcare provider or employer if they have funds to cover the cost of private yoga classes.

Community Yoga

Every Saturday at 11:30 am I offer a beginner Ashtanga Yoga Class at the beautiful Astoria Arts & Movement Center here in Astoria, Oregon. No pre-registration is required. The first class is free to try, and after that it is $10 for a drop-in class or $60 for a ten-class punch card. This class is a moderately strong flow and is aimed at introducing the primary Ashtanga series to anyone interested.  It is recommended you bring your own mat, but if needed there are used mats to borrow & new mats to purchase. Reach out with questions and I look forward to seeing you in class. Follow me on Instagram and Facebook for updates on other classes, events, new blog posts, and other happenings.
